Nicole Vann first opened Eco Color Lab in 2008 on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach and has been an educator and session stylist for over 20 years. She has devoted herself to organic and non-toxic hair care since 2007 when she developed severe chemical sensitivities and was forced to open her own studio.

Also an accomplished visual artist, painter and sculptor, Nicole has created a space that incorporates all of her passions. You can view her work and the works of several other local artists at her studio.

Cassie Giuliano

Cassie is a Southern California native creative, doing hair professionally for 13 years. During the first 5 years of her career she focused on weddings, television and commercials styling, while honing in her passion for color working alongside top stylists in Los Angeles. As a result she is master colorist, expert with cuts, extentions, styling skills and can create unique custom looks for anyone. In her free time she likes to roller skate, travel, and hang by the beach. She is friendly down to earth and loves making people laugh and feel beautiful. Her goal is to make sure her clients have fun in her chair, and values bringing her clients beauty aesthetics to life.

Demi Willis

Demi Willis is a high-end stylist trained at Toni & Guy who moved from Fresno, California at 18 to pursue her dream in the hair industry. She has been working on the Westside for the past 16 years and has a passion for color, cutting, and styling. Demi specializes in highlights, balayage, grey coverage, men’s and women’s cuts, and special event styling.

While Demi is known for her precision, efficiency, and expertise, she also loves building genuine relationships with her clients. She creates a welcoming, friendly environment where every appointment feels personal, comfortable, and uplifting.

On a personal level, Demi enjoys pop-punk music and cooking for her friends, bringing the same creativity and care to her personal life as she does to her work

Jessie Frahm

Jessie Frahm is a licensed cosmetologist and barber with a Master’s in Beauty and Special Effects Makeup. She specializes in beauty, barbering, and special FX makeup, blending creativity with precision to make every client feel beautiful, confident, and seen. 

With an upbeat, client-focused approach, Jessie brings international experience and steady hands to Eco Color Lab. Outside of the salon, she loves traveling, scuba diving, riding motorcycles, and has even raced cars—always chasing adventure with the same passion she brings to her craft.
